If we haven’t met, we want you to know that we are so honored to have been chosen to install the residential elevator in your home. We have taken great care to build you the nicest possible custom cab with the highest quality components to last you many years to come. We are a family-owned business with a customer first philosophy, which means we actually care about you and your elevator needs. We are always here to answer any questions or help solve any problems you may have. Our office is open Monday-Thursday from 8-5 and Friday from 8-12. Outside of business hours, our voicemail system is monitored constantly. Please don’t hesitate to leave us a message and we’ll be right back in touch with you. 

We work hard to provide timely, reasonably priced service when you need us. Please call anytime or fill out our Service Request form and we’ll be happy to help. 

For best practice, we recommend you allow us to perform an inspection on your elevator annually. During this check, we’ll complete our 29-Point Checklist for a full checkup on your elevator and also grease parts and make minor adjustments as needed.

We are also able to offer service and inspections for certain other elevator brands, depending on the manufacturers ability to provide technical support and replacement parts as needed. Please contact our office for more information if you’d like to schedule a service call or inspection and your elevator is a brand we did not install. We’ll be able to chat with you further about how we can be of assistance!
